Mafa Studio Mastering
  • A professional mastering is the final process that makes your music stand out. If you’re looking to match the clarity, the punch and loudness of the top artists in your scene, it’s absolutely critical. Once your production is finished, it’s important to leave it to somebody with fresh, unbiased ears. A person who works in a dedicated mastering room, where the sound is as linear as possible. And finally analogue mastering gear is essential to make your track stand out from a world of mainly computer-based production.

  • Dance music mastering requires a keen ear and an engineer who is familiar with the music form. One of the key requirements when mastering dance music is to ensure that the music will sound good on a large format club system and also on earbuds. Therefore, for this to happen the EDM mastering engineers monitoring system must be capable of presenting an impression of how the music will “scale up” on a much larger system.

  • Using high end Dutch & Dutch 8c monitoring, represents our commitment to accuracy and clarity. With its constant directivity and flat full-range frequency response from 20 Hz to 20 kHz (LF: 8″ High Excursion Subwoofer (2x); MF: 8″ Mid-Range Driver; HF: 1″ Alloy Dome Tweeter),  it is measurably among the most accurate loudspeakers that exist. A 3-way system that allows me to understand how the music will sound on a large scale system. The 8c's presents accurate sonic information for mastering dance music.
